摘  要:以植保施药无人机为原型研发口岸检疫除害处理无人机超低容量喷雾系统,并以研制的原型机进行性能测试及有害生物防治效果试验,对原型机雾滴中位直径、喷雾系统喷洒雾滴的空间滞留沉积分布沉积特性进行了研究,在海关监管口岸码头开展害虫防治现场试验。结果表明,检疫无人机超低容量喷雾装置能够通过离心式喷头转速控制雾滴大小,根据口岸发生害虫特点调节雾滴大小以精准施药进行检疫除害处理,防治口岸害虫现场试验取得良好的效果。Ultra low volume(ULV)spray system for unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)for quarantine treatment at ports was developed by an agricultural UAVs.The droplet median diameter of the prototype,the spatial deposition and deposition characteristics of droplets sprayed in the spray system were studied.Field experiments for pest control were taken at ports and wharfs under customs supervision.The results showed that the ultra low volume spray device of the UAV could control the droplet size through the speed of the centrifugal nozzle,adjust the size of the droplet according to the characteristics of the pest at the port,and accurately carry out quarantine treatment.Good results have been achieved in the field test of pest control at ports.
