摘　　要：本文阐明了自主学习能力在大学生学习过程中的重要性,并论述了数学学科的四大特点.提出在疫情停课不停学时期,大学生只有充分增强学习的自主性,才能克服“数学难”的困难,从而提高数学成绩.相应的例子又具体说明了数学学习必须以自主学习为基础.In this paper,we state the importance of self-regulated learning of college students in epidemic situation,and discuss the four characteristics of mathematics.We propose that college students can overcome their difficulties in studying mathematics and improve their performance only if they increase their learning autonomy.By examples,we explain the relation between studying mathematics and learning autonomy.
