摘 要:往复密封件作为机载液压作动器的重要组成部分,对飞行安全有着重要的影响。机载往复密封件承受着高压、宽温、变载荷、强振动等机载工况,多场耦合作用下其失效机理复杂,现有数值模型难以完全揭示其失效机理。在基于自回归滑动平均(Auto-Regressive Moving Average,ARMA)模型的机载往复密封二元时变相关退化建模过程中,首先,基于维纳过程描述往复密封摩擦力和泄漏量退化轨迹,采用Copula函数连接2个性能退化指标之间的相关性;并用ARMA模型表征相关性系数的时变性,采用2段贝叶斯估计的方法对模型中的参数进行估计;最后,介绍了往复密封试验装置,并基于该装置的试验数据验证了所提出的往复密封退化模型的准确性。Reciprocating seals are an important part of aircraft hydraulic actuators and have an important impact on flight safety.Airborne reciprocating seals have complex failure mechanisms under various working conditions such as high pressure,wide temperature,variable load,and strong vibration.The existing numerical models are difficult to fully reveal the failure mechanism.An ARMA-based dual time-waring correlation degradation model for airborne reciprocating seals is proposed.Firstly,the degradation processes of the reciprocating seal friction and leakage are described based on the Wiener process.The Copula function is used to link the correlation between the two performance degradation indicators.And the ARMA model is used to characterize the time-varying correlation coefficient.A two-stage Bayesian method is used to estimate the parameters in this model.Finally,the reciprocating seal test device is introduced and the test data verifies the accuracy of the proposed reciprocating seal degradation model.
