摘 要:电比例斜轴式柱塞泵为工程机械液压系统的典型液压元件,建立其准确的数字化仿真模型对于液压泵性能预测与结构优化具有重要意义。在分析阀控缸变量机构的变量原理和先导控制阀的结构特性的基础上,建立了某型电比例斜轴式柱塞泵的数学模型。通过对电比例斜轴式柱塞泵进行机械结构参数测绘,获得了柱塞泵的基本结构参数,利用AMESim软件平台建立了电比例斜轴式柱塞泵的数字化仿真模型,揭示了柱塞泵变量机构中反馈弹簧刚度、复位弹簧刚度等结构参数对柱塞泵工作性能的影响规律。为了验证模型的准确性,通过对转速、负载压力以及控制电流等工况参数组合匹配,对柱塞泵的稳态与瞬态性能进行仿真测试与试验验证,对比结果表明,电流-流量曲线的最大误差为6.67%,压力-流量曲线的最大误差为4.44%,仿真模型的瞬态响应时间历程曲线与实测曲线吻合,验证了此次搭建的电比例斜轴式柱塞泵数字化仿真模型的准确性。Electric proportional bent-axis piston pump as a typical hydraulic component of construction machinery,the establishment of its accurate simulation model is significant for the performance prediction and structural optimization.Based on the analysis of the principle of the valve-controlled cylinder variable mechanism and the structural characteristics of the pilot control valve,mathematical model of a certain type of electric proportional bent-axis piston pump is established.The basic structural parameters of the piston pump are obtained by surveying and mapping,and the AMESim simulation model of the electric proportional bent-axis piston pump is established to reveal the influence of structural parameters,such as feedback spring stiffness and return spring stiffness on the performance of the pump.In order to verify the accuracy of the model,the steady-state and transient performance of the pump are simulated and verified.The comparison results show that the maximum error of the current-flow curve is 6.67%,and the maximum error of the pressure-flow curve is 4.44%.The transient response curve of the simulation is consistent with the measured curve,which verifies the accuracy of the digital simulation model of the electric proportional bent-axis piston pump.
