摘 要:随着我国煤炭资源开采强度、深度的增加,液压支架受到冲击地压的强度和频率大大增强。提高大流量安全阀的冲击特性是应对冲击地压的重要手段,为研究大流量安全阀冲击特性的影响因素,建立了FATA1000安全阀数学模型,通过AMESim软件搭建冲击特性仿真模型,对其弹簧刚度、阀芯质量、溢流孔数量和直径等影响因素仿真分析。结果表明:弹簧刚度增加,阀芯振动幅度减小,振动周期增加,稳定性增强;阀芯质量增加,会导致安全阀响应灵敏度降低;溢流孔面积增加,进液口压力会随之减小,压力稳定值和稳定时间也会有所降低。With the increase in the intensity and depth of coal resource mining in my country,the strength and frequency of the hydraulic support subjected to impact ground pressure are greatly enhanced.Improving the impact characteristics of large flow safety valves is an important method to deal with rock bursts.In order to study the influencing factors of the impact characteristics of large flow safety valves,the FATA1000 safety valve mathematical model is established,and the impact characteristics simulation model is built through AMESim software to simulate and analyze the influence factors such as spring stiffness,spool quality,overflow hole number and diameter.The results show that:the spring stiffness increases,the spool vibration amplitude decreases,but the vibration period increases,and the stability is enhanced;the increase of the spool mass will reduce the response sensitivity of the safety valve;the overflow hole area increases,and the pressure at the liquid inlet will decrease accordingly.If it is smaller,the pressure stabilization value and stabilization time will also be reduced.
