摘 要:针对影响循环球转向器转向助力特性曲线的主要因素,结合出厂时测定转向助力特性曲线的试验方法,通过AMESim软件搭建转向器的参数化模型,根据实测的转向器参数对模型内部结构参数进行设置。采用控制变量法对实际生产中流量、扭杆刚度、阀口短切口宽度、油品特性及温度等主要因素对转向助力特性曲线的影响进行仿真,得到各参数对助力特性曲线的影响规律。为实际生产中循环球转向器的设计及整车匹配提供理论参考。In view of the main factors affecting the power assist characteristic curve of the recirculating ball steering gear,combining the test method of measuring the power assist characteristic curve made by the steering gear manufacturer,establishing the parametric model of recirculating ball steering gear by using the AMESim software.The parameter in the parameterized model are set according to the measured structural parameters of the steering gear.The main parameters influencing the steering hand force characteristic curve are flow rate,stiffness of torsion bar,width of valve orifice,the oil features and the temperature,simulating and analysing the influence of main parameters in course of manufacture by using the control variable method,the influence law of each parameter on power assist characteristic curve is obtained by simulation.It provides a theoretical reference for the design of recirculating ball steering gear and vehicle matching in course of manufacture.
