摘 要:从车辆轴温智能探测系统(THDS)设备维修管理状况和中国国家铁路集团有限公司相关要求入手,剖析当前维修管理模式存在安全风险大及效率效益低、不适应"集中修"、信息化滞后、推进状态修困难等问题,提出需要制定并实践更具可行性的推进状态修技术方案;分析需求并制定关键技术解决方案,包括研发应用信息系统进行THDS设备状态数据收集分析、故障诊断模型优化、配件全生命周期管理和维修全过程信息化管理,以及完善优化维修管理机制、技术支持等改进措施。通过应用实践,THDS设备状态修工作初见成效:实现了维修机制优化、上道作业减少、设备质量提升、维修成本降低,提升了THDS设备维修信息化与智能化水平。Beginning with the equipment maintenance management status of train hotbox detection system(THDS)and relevant requirements of China State Railway Group Co Ltd,this paper analyses the problems in the current maintenance management mode,such as high safety risks and low efficiency and effectiveness,inadaptability to“centralized maintenance”,information lag,and difficulties in promoting condition-based maintenance,and proposes a more feasible technical scheme for promoting condition-based maintenance;the requirements are analyzed and the key technical solutions are developed,including the R&D and application of information system for collection and analysis of THDS equipment condition data,optimization of fault diagnosis model,full life cycle management of accessories and information management of the whole maintenance process,and the improvement measures such as perfection and optimization of maintenance management mechanism,technical support,etc.Through application practice,initial results have been achieved in the condition-based maintenance of THDS equipment:the maintenance mechanism is optimized,the on-track operation is reduced,the equipment quality is improved,the maintenance cost is lowered,and information and intelligence level of THDS equipment maintenance is upgraded.
