摘  要:在铁路调车作业中,无联锁区段道岔(手扳道岔)仍在大部分车站的货物线、专用线及部分支线车站使用,因其作业安全管控全部依赖人工,近年来人为因素造成的事故较多,给现场运输组织、安全管理带来较大影响。为尽可能降低人因风险,提升技防水平,基于无集中联锁道岔区段调车作业现状,通过研究手扳道岔结构和动作原理,设计一套能够检测道岔定反位状态、基本轨和尖轨密贴程度以及锁销是否操作到位的道岔状态监测系统,在行车室管理终端基于站场平面图可实时显示,并同步实现语音播报和查询功能。该系统在武汉局集团公司丹江车站试用后,有效卡控了手扳道岔的作业风险,大幅提升了车站调车作业安全管控水平。In railway shunting operations,turnouts in non-interlocking sections(manually operated turnouts)are still being used on freight lines,private sidings and some branch line stations.Since their operational safety control is completely manual,there are many accidents caused by human factors in recent years,which have a great impact on field transportation organization and safety management.In order to minimize human factors risk and improve technical protection level,based on the current situation of shunting operation in a section with turnouts but without centralized interlocking,a set of turnout state monitoring system capable of detecting the normal and reverse positions of turnouts,stock rail and compactness and whether the lock pin is operated in place is designed,which can provide real-time display at the management terminal of the operation room based on the station yard plan,and realize voice announcement and query functions simultaneously.In the trial operation at Danjiang Station of China Railway Wuhan Group Co Ltd,the system effectively controlled the operation risk of manually operated turnouts and greatly improved the safety control level of shunting operation at stations.
