摘  要:为确保京张高铁清华园隧道工程的施工安全,提出包含穿越前准备工作、穿越中动态控制以及穿越后评价恢复3个阶段的下穿施工动态控制技术。在综合分析已有加固技术的基础上,提出多层钢花管注浆加固方案,并通过现场监测数据对下穿施工过程进行研究分析。结果表明:多层钢花管注浆加固技术方案可有效减低既有轨道结构沉降,保证下穿施工安全,研究结果可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。To ensure the engineering safety of Tsinghua Park tunnel,Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway,a dynamic control technology for under-passing construction in three stages is proposed,including preparation before crossing,dynamic control during crossing,and evaluation and recovery after crossing.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing reinforcement technology,a multi-layer perforated steel pipe grouting reinforcement scheme is put forward,and the under-passing construction process is studied and analyzed based on the field monitoring data.As indicated by the results,the technical scheme for multi-layer perforated steel pipe grouting reinforcement can effectively reduce the settlement of existing track structures and ensure the safety of under-passing construction,and the results are of referential significance for similar projects.
