摘　　要：文章介绍了有色金属加工设备智能化巡检系统的设计与开发,指出智能化点巡检系统采集生产设备实际运行状态信息以及对应时间参数等,通过系统的各功能模块进行设备辅助维护管理和数据统计分析,对提高有色金属加工企业设备管理及运维水平起到重要的促进作用。This paper introduces the design and development of intelligent inspection system for non-ferrous metal processing equipment,and points out that the intelligent inspection system collects the actual running status information of production equipment and the corresponding time parameters,and carries out equipment auxiliary maintenance management and data statistical analysis through each function module of the system.It plays an important role in improving the equipment management and operation and maintenance level of non-ferrous metal processing enterprises.
