摘　　要：本文阐述了超厚超长浮法平板玻璃在生产中的冷端在线处理过程,包括玻璃板的在线切割和横向掰断、中间掰断和分离、清边和堆垛工艺,以及为工艺服务的设备结构设计分析探讨和运用。This paper introduces the on-line processing procedure in the cold end of ultra-thick and ultra-long plate of float glass production,including the technology of on-line cutting and transverse snapping,middle snapping and separating,edge clearing and stacking,as well as the design,analysis and application of the structure of process equipment.
