摘  要:本文对吹炼工艺及耐火材料损伤机理进行了研究,通过优化工艺控制、改进炉窑砌筑方式、耐材优选及结构优化、造铜终点智能判断系统研发,形成了一套集安全、环保、高效、智能化于一体的铜冶炼转炉工艺集成新技术。其应用结果为,转炉各项指标提升明显,大修炉寿突破1900炉,渣含铜降低25.7%,生产组织稳定性得以提高,并实现了造铜终点的智能判断,其判断准确率达92%以上。工艺安全、环保效益及粗铜质量明显提升。In this paper,the blowing process and the damage mechanism of refractory materials are studied.Through the optimization of process control,the improvement of furnace masonry mode,the optimization of refractory material and structure,the development of intelligent judgment system for copper making end point,a new set of copper smelting converter process integration technology integrating safety,environmental protection,high efficiency and intelligence is formed.The application results show that various indexes of the converter have been significantly improved,the overhaul furnace life has exceeded 1900,the copper content in slag has been reduced by 25.7%,the stability of production organization has been improved,the intelligent judgment of copper making end point has been realized,the judgment accuracy is more than 92%.The process safety,environmental protection benefit and the quality of coarse copper are improved obviously.
