摘 要:文中旨在研究粤港澳大湾区的库存补货痛点问题,从大湾区的三地联动与区位特殊性出发,分析物流发展机遇与库存管理的重要性。基于大湾区特殊的政策背景,粤港澳三地联动及物流功能划分相匹配,针对大湾区库存需求的不确定性与补货提前期的波动性,运用仿真模型对企业当前的补货决策(补货点和订货量)进行了检视,进而在仿真模型的基础上结合最优化理论对企业当前的补货决策进行了优化。研究结果将进一步丰富库存补货决策在大湾区政策下的理论成果,将仿真模型和优化理论进行有机结合,并在实践上为大湾区企业进行科学库存补货提供决策参考。This paper aims to study the pain points of inventory replenishment in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and analyzes the development opportunities of logistics and the importance of inventory management from the perspectives of the linkage of the three places and the location particularity of the Greater Bay Area. Based on the Great Bay Area’s special policy background,linkage and matching logistics functional division,aiming at the uncertainty of the inventory demand and the fluction of replenishment lead time in Greater Bay Area,this paper uses the simulation model to review the replenishment decisions of enterprises( replenishment point and order quantity),and then on the basis of the simulation model combines with the optimization theory to optimize enterprises’ current replenishment decisions. The optimization results of this paper will further enrich the theoretical results of inventory replenishment decision-making under the Greater Bay Area policy,organically combine the simulation model and optimization theory,and provide a reference for enterprises in the Greater Bay Area to scientifically replenish inventory in practice.
