摘 要:连锁超市配送成本是企业总成本中必不可少的部分,而现阶段隐藏成本的存在直接影响配送路径的设计规划,进而影响其经营效率和竞争优势。在分析大张连锁超市实际情况并细分成本构成后,提出以配送成本最低为目标,以车辆的额定载重量、各门店规定的时间作为约束条件,建立带软时间窗约束的配送运作模型,并基于遗传算法,考虑软时间窗下得出的近似最优解,在证明其隐藏成本存在的同时,完成相应的路径优化,旨在让大张连锁超市注意到隐藏成本,进一步优化配送,提高整体运作效率。The distribution cost of chain supermarkets is an essential part of the total cost of enterprises,and the existence of hidden cost directly affects the design and planning of distribution path at this stage,as well as its business efficiency and competitive advantage. After analyzing the actual situation of Dazhang chain supermarket and subdividing the cost composition,it is proposed to establish a distribution operation model with soft time window constraints,aiming at the lowest distribution cost and taking the rated load of vehicles and the specified time of each store as constraints. Based on the genetic algorithm,this paper considers the approximate optimal solution obtained under the soft time window,proves the existence of the hidden cost,and completes the corresponding path optimization,in order to make Dazhang chain supermarket notice the hidden cost,further optimize the distribution and improve the overall operation efficiency.
