摘　　要：随着居民生活水平提高,我国对农产品的需求日益增长,农产品物流体系发展关系着国民经济命脉。文中通过SWOT分析框架,对江苏省物流体系发展从基础设施、农产品资源、运作能力、出口等角度进行研究,并结合AHP定量分析各因素的重要程度,从交通优势、销售模式、政策扶持、人才培养、资源整合等方面提出针对性策略。With the improvement of the living standard of the residents,the demand for agricultural products in China is growing,and the development of agricultural products logistics system is related to the lifeline of the national economy. In this paper,through the SWOT analysis framework,the development of logistics system in Jiangsu Province is studied from the perspectives of infrastructure,agricultural resources,operational capacity and export,the importance of each factor is quantitatively analyzed by combining AHP,and targeted strategies are proposed in terms of transportation advantages,sales mode,policy support,personnel training and resource integration.
