摘　　要：液环压缩机应用于BDO生产装置中原料气体—乙炔气的加压输送工位。在此工位中乙炔气体经过液环压缩机2次加压后输送至炔化反应装置生产丁炔二醇,之后经加氢制得BDO。由于乙炔气体属于易燃易爆类气体,并且在高压下的物理特性不稳定,容易发生其他化学反应,从而对设备的可靠性及安全性要求较高,另一方面对机组的附件配置及自动化程度要求都非常高。Liquid ring compressor is applied to the pressurized conveying station of feed gas acetylene gas in BDO production unit.In this station,the acetylene gas is pressurized twice by the liquid ring compressor and then transmitted to the Alkynylation reaction unit to produce butynediol,and then hydrogenated to produce BDO.Because acetylene gas is flammable and explosive,and its physical characteristics are unstable under high pressure,it is prone to other chemical reactions,so it has high requirements for the reliability and safety of the equipment.On the other hand,it has very high requirements for the accessory configuration and automation of the unit.
