摘 要:结合河南赵固一矿中央水泵房设备采用的自动化水泵控制系统,为提高矿井智能排水能力,提高抗灾能力。基于模糊逻辑控制设计了矿井水泵智能排水联动预警系统,该系统通过采集自动化排水系统的关键参数,包括水位、水位变化率、出水流量等,并结合专业工作人员的过往经验建立模糊控制器,实现了水泵控制的智能化,中央水泵房大大提高了工作效率,降低工作强度,具有良好的经济效益和安全效益。In this paper,it is combined with the automatic water pump control system used in the central water pump room equipment of Zhaogu No.1 Mine in Henan Province,in order to improve the intelligent drainage capacity of the mine and the disaster resistance capacity.Based on the fuzzy logic control,the intelligent drainage linkage early warning system of mine water pump is designed.The system collects the key parameters of the automatic drainage system,including water level,water level change rate,effluent flow,etc.,and establishes a fuzzy controller in combination with the past experience of professional staff,which realizes the intellectualization of water pump control and greatly improves the work efficiency of the central water pump room,Reduce the work intensity and have good economic and safety benefits.
