摘 要:通过对投影机天吊支架模内铆接攻丝部品进行分析可知,本产品是一个由冲压制品和铆接部件并包含攻丝的一体化复合制品,当前的主流工艺路线是单个部品冲压,然后再进行攻丝,接着进行铆接压入,3个独立工序组成,按此工艺路线生产效率低、不良品率高,综合成本高,不适合大批量高效生产要求的特点。本文介绍一种业界前沿的机电一体化复合模具技术——铆接攻丝复合模具,能够将生产效率提高200%,同时大幅度降低产品制造成本、降低综合不良率。经实践证明,模具结构合理,制品质量稳定可靠,对其他类似结构的模具开发具有参考意义。By analyzing the riveting and tapping parts in the die of the overhead crane support of the projector,it can be seen that this product is an integrated composite product composed of stamping products,riveting parts and tapping.At present,the mainstream process route is single part stamping,then tapping,then riveting and pressing,which is composed of three independent processes.According to this process route,the production efficiency is low,the defective product rate is high,and the comprehensive cost is high,which is not suitable for the requirements of mass and efficient production.This paper introduces a cutting-edge mechatronics composite die technology riveting and tapping composite die,which can improve the production efficiency by 200%,greatly reduce the product manufacturing cost and reduce the comprehensive defect rate.Practice has proved that the die structure is reasonable and the product quality is stable and reliable.It has reference significance for the development of other similar molds.
