摘 要:针对某电厂两台机组6、7、8号轴承轴瓦温度高及启停机过程中瓦块频繁碾瓦烧损的问题,通过进行系统分析,逐步定位故障原因:轴承座内球面损坏造成了轴承自位能力较差。本文进一步针对该问题提出了多种修复方案,并对比分析了各方案的优缺点,最终选择通过机加工方法修复轴承原有主球面垫块的方案。以修复完好的球面作为基准面,再手工修配轴承座内球面的方法,提高轴承的自位能力,彻底地解决了该缺陷,可为同类故障的检修、维护提供参考。本文可为同类故障的检修、维护提供参考。In view of the high temperature of NO.6,7 and 8 bearing bushes of two units in a power plant and the frequent grinding tiles during the start and stop process,the fault causes are gradually located through systematic analysis:the spherical damage in the bearing seat causes the poor self-positioning ability of the bearings.This paper further puts forward a variety of repair schemes for this problem,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme.Finally,the scheme of repairing the original main ball surface cushion block of the bearing by machining method is selected.Taking the repaired spherical surface as the datum plane,and then manually repairing the spherical surface in the bearing seat,the self positioning ability of the bearing is improved,and the defect is completely solved,which can provide a reference for the repair and maintenance of similar faults.This paper can provide reference for the repair and maintenance of similar faults.
