摘 要:海上油田伴生气回收利用是油田开发过程中的主要节能减排措施,伴生气组分不同,回收及处理工艺也不同。对于重组分含量较高的伴生气,由于热值较高,容易影响发电机正常运转,不能满足电站和热站对燃料热值的指标要求。为了切实提高伴生气资源利用效率,通过设置燃料气处理系统、低压气压缩系统及轻烃回收装置,分离重组分,既可保证锅炉、发电机的正常运转,同时又能生产具有经济价值的LPG产品,环保效益和经济效益一举两得。The recovery and utilization of associated gas in offshore oilfield is the main energy-saving and emission reduction measure in the process of oilfield development.The recovery and treatment processes are also different due to different components of associated gas.For associated gas with higher recombination content,it is easy to affect the normal operation of the generator due to its high calorific value,which cannot meet the fuel calorific value index requirements of power station and heat station.In order to effectively improve the utilization efficiency of associated gas resources,fuel gas treatment system,low pressure gas compression system and light hydrocarbon recovery device can be set up to separate and recombine,which can not only ensure the normal operation of boilers and generators,but also produce LPG products with economic value.Environmental and economic benefits can be achieved at one time.
