摘  要:越来越多的人认识到钙源品质变化对肉鸡胃肠道pH、磷和氨基酸消化率、外源酶功效和胃肠道微生物种群的影响。本综述的目的是描述肉鸡饲料成分钙消化、代谢,重点介绍可能影响消化率的因素。但文献报道的钙消化和代谢的可重复性仍然存在局限性。未来使用玉米型日粮对回肠钙表观消化率系数进行评估,将钙与非植酸磷比例大于1∶1的日粮适应期定为72 h,小于1∶1的日粮适应期定为16 h,可能会最大限度地降低动物适应反应对消化率系数的影响。其他需要考虑的因素包括日粮中植酸酶水平,钙和其他矿物质浓度、来源和成分的粒径,以便进一步对钙消化率和结果的重复性进行预测。More and more people have realized that the changes of calcium source quality affect the pH,phosphorus and amino acid digestibility,exogenous enzyme efficacy and gastrointestinal microflora of broilers.The purpose of this review is to describe the calcium digestion and metabolism of feed components in broilers,with emphasis on the factors that may affect the digestibility.However,there are limitations to the reproducibility of calcium digestion and metabolism reported in the literature.In future evaluation of apparent ileal calcium digestibility with corn-type diets,the adaptation period of diets with calciumnon-phytate-phosphorus ratio greater than 1:1 is 72 h,and that of diets with calcium-non-phytate-phosphorus ratio less than 1:1 is 16 h,which may minimize the effect of animal adaptation on the digestibility coefficient.Other factors to be considered include phytase levels in the diet,calcium and other mineral concentrations,sources and particle sizes of components in order to further predict calcium digestibility and reproducibility of results.
