摘 要:关于人力资本的研究最早可追溯到20世纪60年代,因为人力资本的生产力存在较多变数,因此,近些年致力于对人力资本异质性的研究。人力资本异质性体现在收益上的差异、不可替代性、价值独立性、层次递进性、结构复杂性及持续存在性上,这些特性塑造了人力资本不同于其他资本的投资收益率,给企业创新生产指明了新路径。基于这些特性,饲料企业在寻找创新途径上,应利用人力资本为企业提供多元的知识来源,帮助企业引进和吸收先进的技术,提高生产效率,形成创新的企业文化和组织结构,从而为饲料企业存量积累具有边际报酬递增生产力形态的人力资本。The research on human capital can be traced back to the 1960 s.Because there are many variables in the productivity of human capital,we are committed to the research on the heterogeneity of human capital in recent years.The heterogeneity of human capital is reflected in the difference in income,irreplaceable,value independence,hierarchical progression,structural complexity and persistence.These characteristics shape the rate of return on investment of human capital different from other capital and point out a new path for enterprise innovative production.Based on these characteristics,when looking for innovative ways,feed enterprises should use human capital to provide diversified knowledge sources for enterprises,help enterprises introduce and absorb advanced technology,improve production efficiency,and form innovative corporate culture and organizational structure,so as to accumulate human capital in the form of marginal return and increasing productivity for feed enterprises.
