摘　　要：随着互联网技术的不断成熟,各行各业对互联网+这一新兴理念争相深入解读并充分利用。在企业管理、生产、营销等方面,互联网+充分显示其优越性为企业创收营利。本文重点分析互联网+在饲料企业发展中的积极作用背景下,饲料企业应积极应对发展需求,改变传统的人才观,制定互联网+背景下全新饲料企业人才战略实施优化方案。With the maturity of Internet technology,all walks of life are scrambling for and interpreting the new concept of Internet plus.In the aspect of enterprise management,production and marketing,Internet plus fully demonstrates its superiority for enterprises to generate profits and make profits.This paper focuses on the positive role of Internet plus in the development of feed enterprises.Feed enterprises should actively respond to the development needs,change the traditional talent view,and formulate a new optimization strategy for the talent strategy of the feed enterprises in the Internet plus background.
