摘　　要：目的探讨自制取肾袋用于后腹腔镜左侧供肾切取术中取出供肾的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年6月行后腹腔镜左侧供肾切取术的66例供者的临床资料,男性27例,女性39例,平均年龄为(58.3±7.8)岁。采用自制取肾袋取出供肾41例,未采用自制取肾袋取出供肾25例。比较两组患者的年龄、性别、BMI、供肾长径和宽径、温缺血时间以及取肾切口长度。结果比较两组患者的年龄、性别、BMI、供肾长径和宽径、温缺血时间以及取肾切口长度,两组取肾切口长度分别为(62.4±5.3)mm及(79.5±6.8)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),两组温缺血时间分别为(153±54)s及(165±71)s,差异无统计学意义(P=0.441)。结论在后腹腔镜左侧供肾切取术中,采用自制取肾袋用于取出供肾有利于缩小取肾切口,且不增加肾脏温缺血时间。Objective To explore the clinical value of self-made retrieval bag during retroperitoneal laparoscopic left live donor nephrectomy.Methods The clinical data of 66 donors from January 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,including 27 men and 39 women with an average age of(58.3±7.8)years old.Self-made retrieval bag was applied for extraction of kidney in 41 cases(retrieval bag group),and was not used in other 25 cases(no retrieval bag group).The donor ages,gender,body mass index(BMI),long diameter and the width of the kidney graft,length of incision and warm ischemia time of kidney graft were compared.Results The two groups were matched for the following:the donor ages,gender,body mass index(BMI),long diameter and the width of the kidney graft.The length of incision in retrieval bag group and no retrieval bag group were(62.4±5.3)mm and(79.5±6.8)mm,respectively(P<0.001).The warm ischemia time of kidney in retrieval bag group and no retrieval bag group were(153±54)s and(165±71)s(P=0.441).Conclusion During retroperitoneal laparoscopic live left donor nephrectomy,application of self-made retrieval bag for extraction of kidney could reduce the length of incision and did not increase organ warm ischemia time.
