摘 要:目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐市部分住院儿童呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus, RSV)流行特征以及RSV中A和B亚型构成情况。方法选取2018—2020年因呼吸道感染而就诊于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院的患儿作为研究对象,收集患儿临床资料,采集咽拭子标本检测RSV并分型。结果 1 119份咽拭子标本中,阳性标本180份、阳性率16.09%,RSV阳性患儿中,男女性别比1.22∶1;阳性率1岁以下患儿最高(33.07%)、1岁-组次之(14.13%)、7-14组最低(6.88%),不同年龄组差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=75.647,P<0.05);病例主要集中在每年1—2月和11—12月;RSV中A亚型占59.44%(107/180)、B亚型占40.56%(73/180)。结论 RSV多发于婴幼儿,冬春季高发,RSV中A亚型为优势亚型;应在冬春季加强婴幼儿RSV监测,做到早发现和早治疗。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) and the distribution of A and B subtypes of RSV in hospitalized children in Urumqi from 2018 to 2020. Methods The hospitalized children with respiratory tract infection in the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected as the research subjects from 2018 to 2020. The clinical data of the children and their throat swabs were collected for RSV detection and classification. Results There were 180 positive swabs among all 1 119 throat swabs, with the positive rate of 16.09%.The ratio of the male to the female was 1.22∶1 in the children patients with positive RSV. The positive rate was the highest in the children patients under 1 year old(33.07%), followed by the age group of 1 year(14.13%), and the lowest at the age group of 7-14 years(6.88%), with statistical difference(χ^(2)=75.647, P<0.05) among different age groups. The patients mainly occurred during January and February, and November and December every year. The RSV of subtype A and B accounted for59.44%(107/180) and 40.56%(73/180), respectively. Conclusions The infection of RSV is mainly found in infants and young children, and highly onset in winter and spring. The RSV of subtype A is the dominant. The RSV surveillance in infants and young children should be enhanced in winter and spring for early detection and treatment.
