摘 要:传统的沥青路面施工均采用钢轮压路机初压,并以钢轮压路机为主胶轮压路机为辅进行碾压,该工艺会导致粘料、泛油和表面粗糙度不够等问题。本文提出沥青混合料路面碾压以胶轮压路机为主钢轮压路机为辅的胶轮初压新工艺。这种新型工艺有诸多优势:道路寿命变长、阻断车辙、消除横向推移、压实度更好以及节能环保等。In traditional asphalt pavement construction,steel wheel roller is used for initial rolling,and steel wheel roller is used as the main roller,supplemented by Rubber wheel roller.This process will lead to problems such as sticking,bleeding asphalt,insufficient compactness and insufficient surface roughness.This paper proposes a new technology named Initial rolling by rubber wheel roller in rolling of asphalt mixture pavement that is mainly rubber wheel roller and supplemented by steel wheel roller.This new technology has many advantages:longer road life,rutting prevention,eliminating lateral displacement,better compactness,energy conservation and environmental protection.
