摘 要:针对近年铅冶炼原料竞争严峻,加工费低,炼铅亏损的局面,本文研究利用富氧底吹炉熔炼、侧吹还原炉熔炼、烟化炉熔炉“三炉”联合冶炼,提高铅精矿中共生金属锌的回收率,提高盈利产品的回收率,来弥补电铅生产的损失,达到持续盈利的目的。铅精矿在采购时,共生金属锌不计价,属于直接盈利产品,在大量处理低铅高锌精矿时,将低铅富含锌精矿占总精矿配比调试控制在15%~20%,在原有的工艺进行冶炼,通过调整工艺参数和操作方法,达到提高锌回收率到85.3%的效果。通过本次生产实践,三炉生产稳定,副产品次氧化锌产量显著提升,锌金属的回收率逐年上升,达到研究目标,有效拓展原料采购渠道、降低生产成本,同时提升企业的经济效益,完成年度生产效益任务。This study is to improve the recovery of co-occurring zinc in lead concentrate by using oxygen-rich bottom blowing furnace smelting,side blowing reduction furnace smelting and"three furnaces"smelting.In view of the severe competition of raw materials for lead smelting in recent years,low processing cost and loss of lead smelting,it is hoped to make up for the loss of electric lead production by improving the recovery rate of profitable products and achieving the purpose of sustainable profit.At the same time,when the lead concentrate is purchased,the symbiotic metal zinc is not priced,which belongs to the direct profit product.When our company processed a large number of low lead and high zinc concentrates,the ratio of low lead and rich concentrates in the total concentrate was controlled at 15%~20%,and smelting was carried out in the original process.By adjusting the process parameters and operation methods,the zinc recovery rate was improved to 85.3%.Through this production practice research,the production of the third furnace is stable,the output of secondary zinc oxide as a by-product is significantly improved,and the recovery rate of zinc rises year by year,reaching the research goal.This research also effectively expanded raw material procurement channels,reduced production costs,improved the economic benefits of enterprises and was helpful to complete the annual productive efficiency task.
