摘 要:本文研究了氰化提金的尾渣的影响因素,发现在两段焙烧-氰化提金工艺条件下,通过提高某湖南高砷金精矿、某国外高硫矿的配矿比例可降低氰化尾渣指标。并且研究表明减少硫精矿使用可显著降低氰化尾渣指标;加强适用原料采购力度,使配矿类型以某湖南高砷金精矿、某国外高硫矿为主,有利于提高黄金冶炼经济技术指标,提高企业盈利能力。为黄金行业冶炼厂氰化尾渣方向发展提供了新的途径。This paper studies the influence factors of cyanide gold extraction tailings.It is found that under the condition of two-stage roasting cyanide gold extraction process,the index of cyanide tailings can be reduced by increasing the proportion of a Hunan high arsenic gold concentrate and a foreign high sulfur ore.The research shows that reducing the use of sulfur concentrate can significantly reduce the index of cyanide tailings;by strengthen the procurement of applicable raw materials,the ore blending type is mainly a Hunan high arsenic gold concentrate and a foreign high sulfur ore,which is conducive to improve the economic and technical indicators of gold smelting and boost the profitability of enterprises.It provides a new way for the development of cyanide tailings in gold smelters.
