摘  要:本文介绍了一种适用于大型回转窑内衬砌筑的施工工艺。实践证明,采用错缝砌筑的回转窑内衬使用寿命优于采用环向通缝砌筑的回转窑内衬。传统的回转窑内衬错缝砌筑大多采用支撑法,支撑器的使用会引起回转窑筒体弹性变形,在弹性变形恢复原来状态时,在内衬中形成强大的机械应力,从而引起内衬的早期损坏,缩短了内衬的使用寿命。某氧化铝生产企业采用分散支撑的方式完成氧化铝熟料窑内衬错缝砌筑,内衬使用寿命显著提高,具有推广价值。This paper introduces the construction technology which applies to lining masonry of large rotary kiln.Practice shows that breaking joints bricks installing process is better than rotary kiln linings bricks installation.Most traditional rotary kiln linings breaking joints bricks installing process must be with jack supporters.Huge pressing force of supporters will make the kiln shells elastic-deformation.As the supporters are removed,the shells will recover to original status,and the massive mechanical stress will be left in the lining,which will cause early damage of lining and reduction of service life.Some alumina refineries adopt distribution supporters to install breaking joints bricks for aluminum oxide clinker kiln linings,which has extended service life and has promotion value.
