摘　　要：粉煤灰酸法生产氧化铝工艺,对闪蒸系统的设备和运行提出了更高的要求。通过对闪蒸系统运行过程存在的问题进行分析,提出了改进和优化的措施,保证了溶出工序的安全运行。The production of alumina by acid fly ash method requires higher equipment and operation of flash evaporation system.Through analyzing the problems existing in the operation process of flash evaporation system,the improvement and optimization measures are put forward to ensure the safe operation of the stripping process.
