摘 要:针对当前在模拟定向井排水采气实验时存在实验台不便于拆卸,换向角度不易于控制的问题,结合TRIZ理论,对现有的实验装置进行初始形势分析,以确定技术矛盾与物理矛盾,进一步应用TRIZ理论当中的矛盾矩阵结合40个发明原理,对排水采气实验台进行创新设计。新结构采用拆卸方便的充气管道,应用定向弯头实现控制换向角度,有效的解决了当前实验台系统中存在的问题,具有很好的工程应用价值。In view of the problems that the experimental device is not easy to disassemble and the reversing angle is not easy to control in the current simulated directional well drainage gas production experiment,combined with TRIZ theory,the initial situation analysis of the existing experimental device is carried out to determine the technical contradiction and the physical contradiction.Further apply the contradiction matrix in the TRIZ theory combined with 40 invention principles to design the drainage gas recovery experiment platform.The new structure adopts a gas-filled pipe that is easy to disassemble,and uses a directional elbow to control the commutation angle,which effectively solves the problems existing in the current experimental platform system,and has good engineering application value.
