摘  要:崔家营汉江特大桥是汉十高铁的关键控制性工程,跨汉江航道通航孔采用(135+2×300+135)m连续刚构拱桥,是世界上首座时速350公里、跨度300米连续钢构拱桥,全桥钢管拱6800吨,共计112个吊装节段,主拱钢管拱距汉江水面高度最高达105m,最大吊重达110吨,因工期紧,钢管拱4跨同时施工,用于拼装、提升拱肋大型起重设备众多,本文主要从吊装、拼装、拆除等重要工序方面,通过对危险源进行辨识分析,落实安全风险防控两大控制措施,顺利实现了钢管拱的高精度合龙和安全生产零事故目标。The Cuijiaying Hanjiang River Bridge is a key control project of the Hanjiang-Shijiazhuang high-speed railway.The navigation hole across the Hanjiang River adopts(135+2×300+135)m continuous rigid frame arch bridge.Arch bridge,full bridge steel pipe arch 6800 tons,a total of 112 hoisting sections,the main arch steel pipe arch is up to 105m from the water surface of the Han River,and the maximum hoisting weight is 110 tons.Due to the tight construction period,the steel pipe arch will be constructed at the same time for 4 spans for assembly.There are many large-scale lifting equipment for lifting arch ribs.This article mainly focuses on important processes such as hoisting,assembling,and dismantling.Through the identification and analysis of hazard sources,the two major control measures for safety risk prevention and control are implemented,and the high-precision closing of steel pipe arches is successfully realized.and the goal of zero accidents in safe production.
