摘  要:电商经济的发展促使快递行业的业务不断升级,从而凸显出快递行业信息管控程度不足以支撑用户需求、无效沟通导致的时间成本增加等问题。就以上问题,团队通过本文搜集国内快递行业规范、客户需求、国内外快递企业对比等方面内容,对探究国内快递行业现存的薄弱环节普遍缺陷进行探究,得为国内快递行业企业需揭示改善的问题点并提出建立第三方监测机构打破现状的设想,提高服务质量。经研究表明,为在增强行业间信息交互、有效沟通、提升快递服务质量方面,第三方监测机构的介入是有必要且可行的。With the development of e-commerce,the business of the logistics industry is constantly upgraded,which highlights the problems that the degree of information control in the express delivery industry is not enough to support the needs of users,and the time cost is increased due to ineffective communication.In view of the above problems,the team collected the domestic express delivery industry norms,customer demand,comparison of domestic and foreign logistics enterprises,etc.,and explored the existing weak links and general defects in the domestic express delivery industry,so as to reveal the improvement problems for domestic logistics enterprises and put forward the idea of establishing a third-party monitoring organization to break the status quo and improve the service quality.The research shows that it is necessary and feasible for the third-party monitoring agencies to intervene in order to enhance information exchange between industries,communicate effectively and improve express service quality.
