摘  要:城市路灯杆尺寸规格差异较大,对于路灯杆的结构参数国内尚无明确规定,只有抗12级风载的要求,研究路灯杆优化选型策略可以对城市照明工程建设起到节约示范效应。选取多种有代表性的路灯杆为研究对象,对路灯杆相关参数进行采集,后用SolidWorks对不同杆壁厚度进行3D建模,再采用Hyperworks 13.0中的Optistruct模块对其建立了抗12级风载路灯杆有限元模型和仿真计算,提出路灯杆厚度的优化设计方案,优化设计了路灯杆的各项结构参数。仿真结果给出路灯杆优化方案为(2±0.5)mm,按实地情况选用合适的金属路灯杆壁厚可以满足极限风载工况,并可降低金属材料使用量40%,取得了良好的经济效益,并为我国的路灯杆结构设计提供了技术参考。There is a large difference in the size and specifications of urban lamp pole.So far,there is no clear regulations issued on the structure parameters of the lamp pole in China.The requirement of wind load resistance of grade 12 sometimes emerged in some industrial specific guide manual.A typical lamp post was selected as the research object,and the relevant parameters of the lamp post were collected.After that,SolidWorks was used for 3 D modeling of different wall thicknesses.Then,the Optistruct module in Hyperworks 13.0 was used to build the finite element model and simulation calculation of the lamp post against the wind load of level 12.The optimal design scheme of the thickness of the lamppost was put forward,and the structural parameters of the lamppost were optimized.The simulation results show that the optimal solution of the outlet lamp pole is(2±0.5)mm.According to the actual situation,the suitable wall thickness of the metal lamp pole can meet the limit wind load condition and reduce the metal material usage amount by 40%.Which has achieved good economic benefits and provided a technical reference for the structural design of street lamp poles in China.
