摘 要:渣土车需要借助外力或是在凹形清洗槽上来回快速行驶才能冲洗掉车轮上的泥土。但由于渣土车长期在凹形清洗槽上快速来回行驶,使凹形清洗槽底部长期处于抗压状态,导致其底部水泥结构容易损坏。针对上述问题进行分析,并找到问题中心——渣土车凹形清洗槽。同时在对凹形清洗槽创新设计过程中借助了TRIZ理论,利用冲突矩阵找到可行的解决方案并对问题中心进行创新改良设计,建立一种基于TRIZ理论的渣土车凹形清洗槽优化设计流程模型。通过产品设计流程分析找到了原凹形清洗槽设计时存在的主要问题,并通过TRIZ理论与冲突矩阵找到解决方案,从而完成对凹形清洗槽的优化设计。提出优化凹形清洗槽结构的设计想法,并逐步运用到实际施工现场中,同时也能为同类型产品的设计提供借鉴。The muck truck needs to use external force or drive quickly back and forth on the concave cleaning tank to wash the soil on wheels.However,the reason that the muck truck travels quickly back and forth on the concave cleaning tank for a long time,the bottom of the concave cleaning tank is forced to be in a pressure-resistant state for a long time and the cement structure at the bottom of the concave cleaning tank is easily damaged by the continuous impact of the muck truck.The above problems are analyzed,and the problem center of concave cleaning tank of residue truck was found.At the same time,the TRIZ theory was used in the innovative design of the concave cleaning tank,the conflict matrix was used to find a feasible solution and the problem center was innovatively improved and a TRIZ theory-based model of the optimized design process for the concave cleaning of the dump truck was established.Through the analysis of the product design process,the main problems existing in the design of the original concave cleaning tank were found and the solution was found through the TRIZ theory and the conflict matrix,so as to complete the optimized design of the concave cleaning tank.The design idea of optimizing the structure of the concave cleaning tank is put forward and gradually applied to the actual construction site.At the same time,it can also provide a reference for the design of the same type of product.
