摘 要:为防止油气漏失,在使用传统的抽油机盘根时,需要人工使用扳手定期预紧,预紧力矩靠经验判断,没有科学且准确的定量手段,经常出现漏失量大、密封效果较差、密封件寿命低等情况。针对以上问题,对油井的工作参数和现有皮带抽油机密封结构进行综合分析,在盘根盒结构改进、拧紧力矩大小设置、拧紧周期调整等方面进行了研究,在现有井口结构的基础上设计了光杆自紧式密封装置,利用SolidWorks软件对装置进行了三维建模和模拟仿真,验证其可行性。该装置利用STM32单片机控制步进电机定期转动,通过定扭矩机构、传动机构、自紧机构三部分相互配合,最终实现盘根自动预紧、精确预紧、自动补偿等功能。达到了降低工人劳动强度和盘根能耗的目的。In order to prevent the loss of oil and gas,when using the traditional pumping unit packing,it is necessary to use the manual wrench to pretighten regularly.There is no scientific and accurate quantitative method to judge the pretightening torque by experience,which often results in large leakage,poor sealing effect and low sealing life.In view of the above problems,the working parameters of the oil well and the sealing structure of the existing belt pumping unit were comprehensively analyzed,and the improvement of the packing box structure,setting of tightening torque,adjusting of tightening period and other aspects were studied.Based on the existing wellhead structure,the self-tightening sealing device of the smooth rod was designed.SolidWorks software was used to carry out three-dimensional modeling and simulation to verify the feasibility of the device.The device used STM32 single-chip microcomputer to control the regular rotation of the stepping motor,through the constant torque mechanism,transmission mechanism,self-tightening mechanism three parts cooperate with each other,and finally realized the packing automatic pretightening,accurate pretightening,automatic compensation and other functions,reached the purpose of reducing labor intensity and packing energy consumption.
