摘  要:市场上的光学防抖马达的生产过程中对清洗后的ThB部组料带进行检测和裁切的工序基本是靠人工简单的工具进行检测和裁切,导致生产效率低,产品良品率下降的问题。针对这些问题设计了能对ThB部组料带进行自动检测和自动裁切的设备。通过结合现代工业技术,研究光学防抖马达ThB自动检测和裁切的切割方法。通过该设备解决了送料机构、检测机构、裁切机构和下料机构的设计,实现了通过触摸屏控制自动送料并对ThB部组料带进行自动检测和裁切,最终自动下料,从而大大降低生产成本,提高生产效率和良品率。In the production process of optical anti shake motor on the market,the process of detecting and cutting the cleaned ThB assembly belt is basically based on manual simple tools,which leads to the problems of low production efficiency and low product yield.In order to solve these problems,the equipment which can automatically detect and cut the ThB group belt was designed.Combined with modern industrial technology,the cutting method of ThB automatic detection and cutting of optical anti shake motor was studied.Through the equipment,the design of feeding mechanism,detection mechanism,cutting mechanism and blanking mechanism is solved,and the automatic feeding is controlled through the touch screen,and the automatic detection and cutting of ThB group belt and the final automatic blanking are realized,so as to greatly reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency and yield.
