摘 要:可移动平台助航系统由舵桨系统和其动力系统组成,是传统船舶的重要组成部分,可为船舶提供转向和推进功能。为了降低可移动平台在不同作业场景间转场的拖航成本,提出了一种安装在作业平台上的助航系统。通过对全回转舵桨系统进行集成化可拆装设计,充分考虑柴油机与电机驱动的优缺点,综合比较了甲板组合型、L型和Z型舵桨推进器的布置方式,最后结合实际需求提出了采用Z型推进器布置、电机驱动的助航系统方案。该方案能够有效降低生产成本,节约安装空间,同时提高了助航系统的运行效率,对于需要在多个作业场景间转场的可移动平台助航系统的选型具有一定的指导意义。The navigation aid system of movable platform is composed of rudder propeller system and its power system,which is an important part of traditional ships,which can provide steering and propulsion functions for ships.In order to reduce the cost of moving platform to transfer between different operating scenarios,a navigation aid system was proposed.Through the integrated detachable design of the full swing rudder propeller system,taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of diesel engine and motor drive,the arrangement of deck combined type,L-type and Z-type rudder propeller were comprehensively compared.Finally,the navigation aid system scheme of Z-type propeller arrangement and electric motor drive was proposed combining with the actual needs.The scheme can effectively reduce the production cost,save the installation space,and improve the operation efficiency of the navigation aid system.It is of certain significance for the selection of the navigation aids system of the mobile platform which needs to be transferred between multiple operation scenarios.
