摘  要:电梯运行安全事关民众生命安全,受到社会各界的广泛关注。国家质检总局修订电梯检规,并于2017年10月1日正式施行,根据检规和修改单的具体规定要求,客运电梯5年不少于1次125%载荷制动试验,这也是首次将电梯制动试验纳入定期检验规范。针对如何开展检验工作加以梳理,厘清定期检验的实施流程和方法,确保125%载荷制动试验安全有序完成。同时对一则电梯125%制动试验时发生的制停距离过长的案例进行分析,分析发现电梯前期存在制动不平顺,是由于分压电阻及续流回路的150Ω电阻损坏,因找不到相关配件,拆除原有接线板,直接外接相关电阻,并人为增加续流二极管数量和容量,从而导致制动距离过长的发生,制动距离过长容易引起电梯事故,应引起重视。该案例的分析为以后相似案例发生提供参考。Elevator operation safety is related to the safety of people′s lives,and has been widely concerned by the community.AQSIQ revised the elevator inspection regulations and formally implemented them on October 1,2017.According to the specific requirements of the inspection regulations and the amendment sheet,the passenger elevator should have 125%load braking test no less than once in five years,which was the first time that the elevator braking test was included in the regular inspection specification.How to carry out the inspection work to sort out,clarify the implementation process and method of periodic inspection,to ensure that the 125%load braking test was completed safely and orderly.At the same time,a case of too long stopping distance in 125%braking test of elevator was analyzed.It was found that the braking irregularity in the early stage of the elevator was due to the damage of the partial voltage resistance and the 150Ωresistance of the freewheeling circuit.Due to the lack of relevant accessories,the original wiring board was removed,the relevant resistance was directly connected externally,and the number and capacity of freewheeling diodes were artificially increased,resulting in the occurrence of too long braking distance.Too long braking distance is easy to cause elevator accidents,which should be paid attention to.The analysis of the case provides a reference for similar cases in the future.
