血根碱对6种非靶标生物的安全性评价

摘  要:为评价血根碱对环境有益生物的风险,测定40%血根碱母药对日本鹌鹑、家蚕、斑马鱼、意大利工蜂、大型溞和斜生栅藻6种非靶标生物的急性毒性。结果显示,血根碱对日本鹌鹑急性经口7 d-LD_(50)值为556 mg/kg体重,家蚕急性经口96 h-LC_(50)值为680 mg/L,意大利工蜂急性接触48 h-LD_(50)值为37.7μg/蜂;急性经口48 h-LD_(50)值为46.2μg/蜂;对斑马鱼96 h-LC_(50)值为0.64 mg/L,大型溞48 h-LC_(50)值为0.34 mg/L;斜生栅藻72 h-ErC_(50)为285μg/L,72 h-EyC_(50)为61.1μg/L。研究表明,血根碱母药对日本鹌鹑、家蚕、蜜蜂均为低毒,而对斑马鱼、大型溞、斜生栅藻表现为高毒。血根碱具有一定风险性,其产品开发应以旱田作物有害生物防治为主。In order to evaluate the risk of sanguinarine to environmentally beneficial organisms,the acute toxicity of 40%sanguinarine technical concentrate to Coturnix japonica,Bombyx mori,Brachydonio rerio,Apis mellifera,Daphnia magna Straus and Scenedesmus obliquus was measured.The results showed that the 7 d-LD_(50) value of sanguinarine to Coturnix japonica was 556 mg/kg b.w.,the 96 h-LC_(50) value to Bombyx mori was 680 mg/L,the 48 h-LC_(50) value to Apis mellifera was 37.7μg/bee by acute contact method and 46.2μg/bee by acute oral method.The 96 h-LC_(50) value of sanguinarine to Brachydonio rerio was 0.64 mg/L,an the 48 h-LC_(50) value to Daphnia magna Straus was 0.34 mg/L.The 72 h-EyC_(50) and the 72 h-ErC_(50) value of sanguinarine to Scenedesmus obliquus were 61.1μg/L and 285μg/L,respectively.The acute toxicity results showed that sanguinarine was high safe to bees,birds,and silkworms,but the relatively high toxicity to fish,moinas,and algae.Thus,sanguinarine has a certain degree of risk,the product usage should focus on pest control of dryland crops.
