摘　　要：近年来高强板、耐磨板的应用越来越广泛。高强板在汽车车身上的应用,既能保证使用性能,又可以减轻车身重量,减少燃油消耗。高强板、耐磨板在工程机械等行业的应用,不仅减轻了重量,降低能耗,而且提高了使用寿命。辊底炉热处理炉以其温度均匀性好,自动化程度高,易于实现连续生产,成为生产高强板、耐磨板的核心设备。简单介绍炉前上料设备,帮助了解设计原理。In recent years,high strength steel plate and wear-resistant steel plate are widely used.The application of high-strength plate in automobile body can not only ensure the performance,but also reduce the body weight and fuel consumption.The application of high-strength plate and wear-resistant plate in construction machinery industry not only reduces the weight and energy consumption,but also improves the service life Roller hearth furnace heat treatment furnace with its good temperature uniformity,high degree of automation,easy to realize continuous production,has become the core equipment of producing high-strength plate and wear-resistant plate.The charging equipment in front of the furnace to help understand the design principle is introduced brifly.
