摘　　要：目的探讨降低急诊科自杀未遂患者自杀意念的有效方法。方法依据《照顾有自杀风险的成年患者——急诊科共识指南》制订简要自杀风险干预流程清单,对57例急诊科住院或留观的自杀未遂患者进行干预。结果 57例患者均未再出现自杀行为。干预前及干预后6个月患者自杀态度及自杀意念比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论实施简要自杀风险干预能改善自杀未遂患者的自杀态度及自杀意念。Objective To explore the effective methods to reduce suicidal ideation in emergency department patients who attempted suicide.Methods According to the ′Caring for Adult Patients with Suicide Risk: A Consensus Guide for Emergency Departments′, a brief suicide risk intervention protocol was developed to guide interventions on 57 patients who attempted suicide and admitted in the emergency department.Results None of the patients attempted suicide again.Patients′ suicidal ideation and attitudes showed significant differences before and six months after the intervention(P<0.01 for both).Conclusion The brief suicide risk intervention measures can ameliorate suicidal ideation and attitudes of patients who attempted suicide.
