摘　　要：目的检索、评价和整合早产儿低体温预防及管理的最佳证据。方法使用计算机检索国内外相关数据库中关于早产儿低体温预防及管理的临床决策、指南、证据总结、系统评价和专家共识。由2名研究者对文献进行质量评价、证据提取和汇总。结果共纳入11篇文献,包括临床决策4篇、指南2篇、证据总结1篇、系统评价3篇、专家共识1篇,最终总结包括危险因素、评估、体温测量、预防及管理措施、培训5个方面的22条最佳证据。结论早产儿低体温预防及管理的最佳证据涉及低体温管理的全过程,涵盖产房、转运、病房,可为医护人员提供循证依据。Objective To retrieve, evaluate and integrate the best evidence on prevention and management of hypothermia in premature infants.Methods We utilized computer-based search strategies guided by "the 6 S Pyramid" to retrieve related literature, including best practice recommendations reports, guidelines, evidence summaries, systematic reviews, and expert consensus statements. Two researchers independently evaluated quality of the literature, extracted evidence and then summarized.Results Eleven publications were retrieved, including 4 best practice recommendations reports, 2 guidelines, 1 evidence summary report, 3 systematic reviews, and 1 expert consensus statement. Finally, 22 pieces of best evidence were summarized, which embrace 5 themes: risk factors, assessment, temperature measurement, prevention and management interventions, and staff training.Conclusion The evidence summary provides nurses with information about prevention and management of hypothermia in preterm infants in the labor room, intra-hospital transfer process and the neonatal intensive care unit.
