城镇燃气施工中的管道接口质量控制探讨

摘　　要：随着城镇燃气管网的不断发展,因燃气泄漏等引起的安全事故时有发生,因此,人们对城镇燃气施工的质量越来越重视。在城镇燃气施工中,管道接口的质量关系着整个城镇燃气管网的运行质量及安全。城镇燃气管道施工中常用的管材包括PE管、镀锌管及钢管三种,基于此,文章以城镇燃气施工为背景,从管道接口质量控制入手,分别分析了PE管、镀锌管及钢管三种管材接口质量控制的要点措施,以期可以为城镇燃气管网安全稳健运行作出应有贡献。With the continuous development of urban gas pipeline network,safety accidents caused by gas leakage occur from time to time.Therefore,people pay more and more attention to the quality of urban gas construction.In urban gas construction,the quality of the pipeline interface is related to the operation quality and safety of the entire urban gas pipeline network.The pipes commonly used in the construction of urban gas pipelines include PE pipe,galvanized pipe and steel pipe.Based on this,this article takes the urban gas construction as the background and starts with the quality control of the pipe interface,and analyzes the three types of PE pipe,galvanized pipe and steel pipe respectively.In order to make due contributions to the safe and stable operation of the urban gas pipeline network.
