摘　　要：文章对建筑设计企业BIM技术应用方向进行了梳理,突显BIM技术在建筑设计企业的巨大应用价值。结合现阶段建筑设计企业的BIM应用发展趋势及难点,对现阶段BIM应用难点提出了解决方案,旨在为BIM技术在建筑设计企业的良好发展提供一些参考依据及实施策略。This article sorts out the application direction of BIM technology in architectural design enterprises,and highlights the huge application value of BIM technology in architectural design enterprises.Combined with the development trend and difficulties of BIM application in architectural design enterprises at this stage,a solution to the current difficulties in BIM application is proposed,aiming to provide some reference and implementation strategies for the good development of BIM technology in architectural design enterprises.
