摘　　要：现代战伤中爆炸伤伤情复杂、危重,救治难度大,而胸部爆炸伤则是最常见也是致死率最高的伤类之一,能否及时、有效地维持呼吸、循环功能稳定是关键。因和平时期少见等因素,医护人员常缺乏救治经验,从而导致救治不规范、效果不佳。鉴于此,中华医学会创伤学分会组织专家撰写发布了《胸部爆炸伤紧急救治临床指南》(简称“临床指南”),本文就“临床指南”的主要观点作一解读,供可能参与胸部爆炸伤救治的医护人员借鉴和参考。Explosion injury in modern war is complicated,critical and difficult to treat,while chest explosion injury is one of the most common injuries with the highest fatality rate.It is crucial to maintain the stability of respiratory and circulatory functions timely and effectively.Due to its rarity in peacetime,medical staff often lack experience in treatment,which leads to non-standard treatment and poor effect.In view of this,Chinese Society of Traumatology organized experts to write and publish"the Clinical Guidelines for Emergency Treatment of Chest Explosion Injury"(referred to as the"Clinical Guidelines").This article explains the main viewpoints of the"Clinical Guidelines"for reference by medical staff who may participate in the treatment of chest explosion injury.
