摘 要:企业批量半成品机加工过程中,存在加工规格不同、交货周期短、时间紧迫等难题。为提高加工效率,保证工件质量,降低人工成本,准时交货,有必要专门设计快速定位与装夹的钻孔夹具,使半成品工件快速定位装夹及拆卸更换,快速确定等分钻孔孔位,并且能针对不同孔径钻孔要求,快速转换钻模。主要设计目的是提高半成品工件装夹速度,保证半成品工件钻孔孔位精度和整体加工效率的同时,降低夹具制作成本。During the machining process of batch semi-finished products in enterprises, there are problems such as two processing specifications, short delivery cycle, and tight time. In order to improve processing efficiency, ensure the quality of the workpiece, reduce labor costs, and deliver on time, it is necessary to design a drilling fixture for rapid positioning and clamping,so that the semi-finished workpiece can be quickly positioned, clamped, disassembled and replaced, and the positions of the equally divided drilling holes can be quickly determined, and the drilling mold can be quickly changed according to the drilling requirements of different diameters. The main design purpose is to increase the clamping speed of semi-finished workpieces, ensure the accuracy of the drilling holes of the semi-finished workpieces and the overall processing efficiency, while reducing the cost of fixture production.
