摘  要:采用共沉淀法以Ni-Mn-O系为基础,通过引入Mg元素,制备Ni_(0.6)Mn_(2.4-x)Mg_(x)O_(4)(x=0、0.15、0.30、0.45、0.60)NTC陶瓷产品。运用XRD、SEM和电化学测试等手段,系统研究了镁掺杂对样品的结构和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:随着Mg含量的增加,样品的主相仍是尖晶石结构,晶胞参数逐渐减小。随着Mg的掺杂量由0增加到0.60,Ni-Mn-O系NTC热敏电阻的电阻率由2 032Ω·cm增加到7 280Ω·cm,材料常数由3 728 K增加到3 983 K。Ni_(0.6)Mn_(2.4-x)Mg_(x)O_(4)(x=0,0.15,0.30,0.45,0.60)NTC ceramics were prepared by co-precipitation method based on Ni-Mn-O system by introducing Mg element.Using XRD,SEM and electrochemical test,the effects of magnesium doping on the structure,and electrochemical properties of the samples were systematically studied.The results show that with the increase of Mg content,the main phase of the sample is still spinel structure,and the crystal cell parameters gradually decrease.As the Mg doping amount increased from 0 to 0.60,the resistivity of the Ni-Mn-O series NTC thermistor is increased from 2 032Ω·cm to 7 280Ω·cm,and the material constant is increased from 3 728 K to 3 983 K.
