摘  要:以离子液体为催化剂,高压釜为反应器,采用三聚乙醛、乌洛托品合成3-甲基吡啶。系统地考查了催化剂种类、原材料摩尔比、反应温度及反应压力的影响,筛选出合适的反应条件。反应的最优条件为:乙基醋酸铵离子液体为催化剂,反应温度200℃,反应压力3.5MPa,三聚乙醛∶乌托洛品=2∶1,此时3-甲基吡啶的收率达93%以上。该工艺操作简单,安全性高,产品收率高,适合工业化生产。The 3-pyridine base was synthesized by using paraldehyde and hexamethylenetetramine as raw material in fixed bed reactor.The influence of types of catalysts and the molar ratio of raw materials and residence temperature and residence pressure was systematically investigated,and suitable reaction conditions were selected.The optimal conditions for diazotization were as follows:the type of catalysts was ethyl ammonium acetate ionic liquid,the ratio of raw materials was 2∶1,the temperature was 200℃and the residence pressure was 3.5 MPa,the yield of 3-pyridine was 93%.The process realizes the continuous synthesis of 2-pyridine has high safety and high yield,and is suitable for industrial production.
