摘　　要：介绍了一种不需要使用金属催化剂进行多组分反应合成2-氨基-4-香豆素基-5-芳基吡咯及其衍生物的方法。该方法的优点为操作简单、安全、产率高。对反应溶剂、反应温度和反应时间进行了优化,最终可使产品产率达到90%以上。In this paper,a method for the synthesis of 2-amino-4-coumarin-5-arylpyrrole and its derivatives by multicomponent reaction without using metal catalyst is introduced.The advantages of this method are simple operation,safety and high yield.The solvent,temperature and time were optimized,and the final optimization results can make the yield of pyrrole derivatives reach more than 90%.
